Dr. Rup Goswami is the Senior Consultant for Liver Transplants & HPB Surgery at Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad. With over three decades of experience in liver & HPB surgeries, Dr. Rup Goswami is one of the best liver transplant surgeons in India. An alumnus of the Calcutta National Medical College & Hospital, Dr. Rup Goswami holds a DNB from the National Board of Examinations as well as an MS in General Surgery from University of Calcutta.

He is a fellow of the royal college of surgeons, Edinburgh and holds a diploma from the Universite Louis Pasteur, France. In his long & distinguished career he has spent over two decades in the UK and his areas of expertise include – liver transplants, donor hepatectomy, and HPB surgeries such as Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, Open Cholecystectomy, Exploration of CBD, Sphincteroplasty, Biliary bypass, Biliary reconstruction amongst others.
