Dr Apoorva Kulkarni is the consultant for radiation oncology at Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad. She has over five years of distinguished experience in the field of radiation oncology and specializes in the application of the latest radiation technologies such as APBI in breast cancer patients, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SRS and SBRT and Brachytherapy.
A medical researcher and trainer for undergraduate/postgraduate medical students, Dr Apoorva believes in holistic care of a cancer patient including clinical, psychological and supportive care. She has gained experience in overall management of cancer patients with a special interest in Gynecologic Oncology, Breast and Brain malignancies.
She is very passionate about spreading awareness regarding Cancer and is a part of several podcasts, live videos and interviews on social media. She also runs her own YouTube channel and Instagram page which focuses on cancer, health and fitness.
