Raghunath Reddy a native of Hyderabad Telangana India was born with a passion for business.  His unrelenting drive has resulted in a Masters in Science from Andhra University in Vizag A.P as well as a Masters in Food Technology from Colorado State University USA.

Raghunath’s as Director & President, CHL had been one of the four pillars who worked relentlessly with perseverance passion and commitment from company inception in 2007 till the opening of hospital in 2013 and subsequently till 2015 was responsible for entire hospital operations.  He served as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Management Committee Continental Hospitals Private  Limited from April 2015 to October 2021. Since December 2021 he is taking care of entire operations and business development of  Continental Hospitals.

Professional Experience

Raghunath’s strong Indian roots have allowed him to keenly observe and analyze the evaluation of India’s new business environment and the vast potential that lies in the dynamic health care Sector.

He had visited several health care institutions in U.S.A and India to understand and explore the need and requirements of that could be capsuled to deliver the best healthcare to one and all through the doors of the hospital complex at Gachibowli, Hyderabad and in other cities of India. 

Expertise

Over the years Raghunath has employed leadership, innovation and an entrepreneurial sprit in order to establish himself as a dominant force in the Indian Food processing industry.

His management capabilities are exemplary, as he was Managing Director responsible for the supervision and management of over five hundred employees across the Geographic location in India from 1985 to 2007

He had been responsible for developing promoting and marketing of varied Indian Food products to different continents of the World ever since his long association with Indian Food processing industry began two decades ago.

He had been on the board of National food processing associations for more than 10 years.  He had been member on the MPEDA board (Ministry of Commerce) for six years (2000-2006).

His decade long association with one of the world’s largest voluntary organization “Rotary International in various capacities had given him considerable exposure to the health care process currently practiced in India and its shortcoming.
