Dr Dhananjaya K.L. is the Senior Consultant for Nephrology, Transplant & Dialysis at Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad. An alumnus of Institute of Kidney Disease and Research Centre in Ahmedabad (Centre performing highest number of kidney transplants every year in India). Dr Dhananjaya holds a DM degree in nephrology and kidney transplant.
He is an active member of Hyderabad Nephrology Forum, ISOT, ISN and other societies. He has more than 2 decades of clinical experience and is considered as one of the best nephrologist in Hyderabad.
He has performed and actively participated in close to 1000 kidney transplants till date. Dr Dhananjaya has vast experience in Interventional nephrology procedures like tunnelled perm-cath dialysis catheter insertions, percutaneous CAPD catheter insertions, USG guided native and transplant kidney biopsies. Dr Dhananjaya pursued medical care with compassion and perfection in treating critically ill patients like Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), Resistant Hypertension and various other kidney problems.
