Dr Kanishka Kavuri

Dr. Kanishka Kavuri is a highly skilled and internationally trained Interventional Pulmonologist, currently serving as a Consultant in Interventional Pulmonology at Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad. With an academic background that includes MBBS, MD, DNB, and a Master’s in Respiratory Medicine (UK), Dr. Kavuri has pursued advanced fellowships in Interventional Pulmonology, Allergy, and Asthma from leading institutions in London.

Dr. Kavuri is proficient in advanced procedures such as EBUS-guided biopsies, lung cryobiopsies, medical thoracoscopy, and chest ultrasound. He has made significant contributions to respiratory research with publications in The Lancet and BMJ, and has served as a Sub-Principal Investigator in high-impact studies like the RECOVERY Trial.
