She completed her MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Osmania Medical College and M.Ch in Urology from Smt G.R. DOSHI & Smt. K. M. MEHTA Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre, Dr. H.L. Trivedi Institute of Transplantation Sciences- IKDRC-ITS, Ahmedabad, one of the premier institutes for urology and multiorgan transplant surgery in India.

She has trained at one of the high volume centres for multiorgan transplantation in India in renal transplant procedures-adult and pediatric (live and deceased donor), having been involved in treatment and care of more than 500 renal transplantations including PRE-OPERATIVE, INTRA OPERATIVE and  POST OPERATIVE CARE.
She has also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology  and Transplantation Surgery at IKDRC, where she contributed to clinical training, research, and patient care. Her experience includes managing surgical emergencies, post-operative complications, and multidisciplinary coordination with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and transplant teams.
