Dr. Ch. Santosh Kumar is a highly experienced Consultant in Emergency Medicine with over 7 years of expertise in setting up and managing emergency departments. Currently serving at Continental Hospitals in Gachibowli, Hyderabad and he plays a pivotal role as the Academic In-charge and Faculty for DNB Emergency Medicine, contributing significantly to medical education and training. His dedication to excellence is evident through his active participation in webinars, clinical training programs, and protocol development for managing critical patients, including COVID-19 care protocols.

Previously, Dr. Santosh Kumar worked as the Head of the Emergency Department at SevenHills Hospitals, Visakhapatnam, where he transformed the casualty unit into a fully functional emergency department. He was instrumental in initiating the city's first stroke protocol, enhancing emergency response outcomes.

With strong leadership skills, he has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, including registrars, nurses, and paramedics. His areas of expertise include critical care, trauma care, toxicology, paediatric emergency medicine, and ultrasound in emergency care. He is also an ACLS and BLS instructor and an active faculty member in national medical conferences.
